At Trivial IT Solutions, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with our services and products. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are granted to maintain transparency and fairness in our transactions.
Refunds may be requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible, you must clearly state the reason for your refund, along with proof of payment and any relevant details. We reserve the right to decline refunds if the request is made beyond this time frame or lacks sufficient information.
Refunds are applicable only for services that have not yet been fully delivered or completed. Once a service such as training, development, or deployment has been initiated or delivered in part or full, a refund will not be provided, unless there is a technical fault solely from our side.
For online courses or digital products, refunds will not be entertained after the course content is accessed or downloaded. If the user faces technical issues accessing the content, we encourage reaching out to our support team immediately for resolution.
Payments made through Razorpay or any other third-party payment gateway will be refunded to the original source within 7–10 business days, after approval and verification. Transaction fees (if applicable) charged by the payment gateway may be deducted from the refund.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, policy violations, incomplete or inaccurate claims, or unethical usage of our services. Our team will assess each refund request on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair consideration.
